Customer Pick-up and Delivery Information.

Customer pick-up schedule:

We will be available by appointment only during the remainder of the spring and summer months to coordinate customer pick-up of full pallets. For availability, call 646-2328 in Wells, and 892-3702 in Windham.

Our regular customer pick-up hours will resume again in September at both locations.

Delivery Information:

Home deliveries to York and Cumberland Counties, Maine.

Our delivery equipment allows us to carry a total of 4 tons of wood pellets, bio products, or coal per trip. We can transport:

Up to 3 pallets of coal weighing 1.2 tons/pallet, or up to 3 pallets of Okanagan pellets weighing 1.3 tons/pallet, and 3 pallets of Spruce Pointe pellets weighing 1.2 tons/pallet.

Or

Up to 4 pallets of Cubex, Barefoot and Maine's Choice pellets, BioBricks, Envi Blocks, Canawick Bricks, RioLogs or Home Fire Logs weighing up to 1 ton/pallet.

Delivery fee per trip = $30.00 plus $2.00 per mile, one-way.

• Delivery fees for our products are based on one-way distance per load from 356 North Berwick Road, Wells, Maine or 361 Roosevelt Trail in Windham, Maine to your location as determined by our GPS calculations and/or Mapquest.
• We will make every attempt to deliver your order to your preferred location. In some instances, the terrain may be too steep to safely operate our delivery equipment, and/or the driveway too narrow or winding for our delivery vehicles. We reserve the right to offload the pallets in a safe area as close as possible to your preferred location.
• Winter deliveries will will be limited when road conditions deteriorate and require that your yard be clear of snow and ice. Get your products delivered before the snow flies.
